Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The Audien Hearing × William Shatner Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Audien Hearing, 7350 E Evans Rd, Bldg B100, Scottsdale, AZ 85260-3127 (the “Sponsor”). William Shatner is not a sponsor of the Sweepstakes and is not responsible for its administration or for awarding any prize.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies, and anyone involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 28, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter. All eligible purchase entries and mail-in entries will be combined and have an equal chance of being selected in the same random drawing.
Purchase Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants will automatically receive one (1) entry for each qualifying purchase completed on www.audienhearing.com. A qualifying purchase is a completed order placed and paid for on www.audienhearing.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces (including Amazon) do not qualify. Entries will not be voided by a later return, exchange, or cancellation.
Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be received by Sponsor no later than October 28, 2026. Because the prize trip takes place on November 9, 2026, entries received after October 28, 2026 will not be eligible, regardless of postmark date. Sponsor recommends mailing entries no later than October 21, 2026. Each mailed entry counts as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or late entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mail.
5. Entry Limits
Participants may receive multiple entries through qualifying purchases. Participants may submit multiple mail-in entries, limited to one (1) entry per envelope, with each envelope mailed separately. Use of automated or bulk entry methods is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
6. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected. The Grand Prize consists of:
(a) Trip for Two to Meet William Shatner. An expenses-paid trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Scottsdale, Arizona, to attend a William Shatner appearance at Audien Hearing Headquarters on November 9, 2026. The trip consists of round-trip domestic coach airfare for two (2) from a major commercial airport in the United States near the winner’s residence, as selected by Sponsor, and one (1) night of standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) in the Scottsdale area. The combined value of the airfare and hotel will not exceed Two Thousand U.S. Dollars ($2,000). Travel terms are in Section 9.
(b) Free Hearing Aids for Life. Up to one (1) pair of Audien hearing aids per calendar year for twenty (20) years, beginning in the year the prize is awarded (2026). Each annual pair will be a then-current Audien model selected by Sponsor with an ARV not exceeding One Hundred Forty-Five U.S. Dollars ($145) per pair. Each year’s pair must be requested by the winner during that calendar year; a pair not requested in a given year is forfeited and does not carry over. The hearing aid prize is personal to the winner, non-transferable, and may not be resold. If Sponsor ceases to offer hearing aid products, Sponsor may substitute a comparable product, credit, or benefit, subject to the remaining maximum aggregate ARV of the hearing aid component. Audien hearing aids are over-the-counter devices intended for adults 18 and older with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss; the prize does not constitute medical advice.
7. Approximate Retail Value
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the trip: up to $2,000. Maximum aggregate ARV of the hearing aid prize: up to $145 per annual pair × 20 annual pairs = $2,900. The maximum total ARV of the Grand Prize is $4,900. Actual value of the trip may vary based on departure city and fares at the time of booking; any difference between stated and actual value will not be awarded. The actual ARV of each annual hearing aid pair will be its retail price when awarded, subject to the $145 annual limit. In no event will the aggregate ARV of all prize components exceed $4,900.
The prize is not redeemable for cash and is subject to availability. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible purchase and mail-in entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on or about October 30, 2026. At the same time, Sponsor will draw up to two (2) alternate potential winners, ranked in the order drawn. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by both email and phone on or about October 30, 2026, using the contact information provided with the entry or order. Because of the fixed event date, the potential winner must:
- Respond to the notification within forty-eight (48) hours; and
- Return the signed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, IRS Form W-9, and guest information within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.
If the potential winner cannot be reached, is found ineligible, fails to meet either deadline, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and the next alternate will be notified and given twenty-four (24) hours to respond and return documents. If no alternate confirms by November 4, 2026, Sponsor may award the hearing aid prize to an alternate without the trip component. The winner is not official until all eligibility and documentation requirements are verified.
9. Travel Terms
Travel must take place on the dates designated by Sponsor, which will include November 9, 2026. The event date will not be changed to accommodate the winner. If the winner is unable to travel on the designated dates, the trip component will be forfeited in its entirety, no substitute or cash will be provided, and the winner will still receive the hearing aid prize, subject to these Official Rules.
All travel arrangements will be booked by Sponsor or its designated travel provider. The winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary and must have valid government-issued photo identification. If the winner resides within 150 miles of Scottsdale, Arizona, Sponsor may provide hotel only, with no airfare or cash equivalent.
The winner’s guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and must sign a Liability/Publicity Release before travel. Failure to do so may result in the guest’s travel being cancelled.
Not included: ground transportation (including airport transfers), meals and beverages, checked-bag fees, hotel incidentals, room service, parking, gratuities, travel insurance, and any other expenses not expressly listed in Section 6. These are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest. A valid credit card may be required at hotel check-in.
Appearance: William Shatner’s appearance is subject to his availability. If he is unable to appear for any reason, Sponsor may reschedule the event, substitute a comparable experience, or provide the travel component as scheduled, at its sole discretion. The format and duration of the meeting will be determined by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions.
10. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner for the ARV of the prize awarded in each applicable tax year. The winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
11. Prize Conditions
The winner must complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, where permitted by law, within the deadlines in Section 8. Failure to complete required documentation on time will result in forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
12. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner and guest grant Sponsor permission to use their names, likenesses, voices, photographs, video recordings, and statements, including any taken at the November 9, 2026 event, for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. In that event, Sponsor may select the winner from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
14. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies, and William Shatner and his representatives from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes, travel, attendance at the event, or acceptance or use of any prize.
15. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at www.audienhearing.com.
16. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
17. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
